About Key Technology

Key Technology is the manufacturer of optical inspection, transport and sorting machines for the food industry. We also say; If Key can't do it, nobody can! Our goal is to be the ultimate partner in the food processing industry.

We serve customers throughout the EMEA/ASIA market (Europe/Middle East/Africa and Asia). Key Technology BV is based in Beusichem (NL) and has sister companies in Hasselt (BE) and Walla Walla (USA), all part of the Duravant Group.

The role:

In this position, you are mainly processing invoices and preparing payments for our sister company in Hasselt (BE). For this, we use an ERP system.

The team consists of a Financial Director and 10 colleagues who all have their own expertise.

Your tasks:

  • Processing purchase invoices in the ERP system;
  • Processing employee expense claims in the ERP system;
  • Making payments;
  • Processing bank statements
  • Where possible support with other financial activities

In order to perform your tasks well, we are looking for someone with the following characteristics:

  • You are flexible and (by agreement) can work extra hours where necessary;
  • You can work independently and accurately;
  • You are a team player and can support colleagues when necessary or temporarily take over tasks from colleagues during their absence.

Do you have the following qualifications and skills?

  • A Financial Administration degree or experience in (financial) administrative work;
  • Experience in processing invoices in an ERP system and making payments required;
  • Knowledge of English language required;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus;
