Sanne van Leeuwen
In addition to HR tasks, I am mainly concerned with Recruitment & Selection and Labor Market communication. In this role I like to think creatively and in terms of possibilities. I look for personalities that fit within Key and the various departments.

In my role as HR Advisor, I focus a lot on reporting and analyses. I occasionally assist during the Recruitment & Selection process, I enjoy improving work processes and like to tackle difficult issues.
